Architecture Amsterdam – Standard Studio

We are Standard Studio, an Interior & Architecture Studio from The Netherlands. Our office is in the Jordaan area, in the heart of Amsterdam. We operate in and around Amsterdam, Utrecht, Haarlem, and Rotterdam. Where Rotterdam has the well-known Cube House Architecture. In Amsterdam, we have the Amsterdamse School, taught and promoted by famous architect Berglage in the 20th century. You can find a lot of very well-preserved and high-value Architectural Masterpieces in the city center of Amsterdam, close to each other. It is cool to do an Architectural tour on foot or by bicycle.

If you walk on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal you can find no less than 128 registered monuments! Dating back from 1666 until the 50ies… The coolest monument in the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal is by far: De Standaard  🙂

But the most well-known one is probably the Dam Palace located on the Dam Square with the back of the building right on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal.

A secret architectural route brings you to the best and most beautiful architectural pieces in the center within a two-hour walk from Amsterdam Central Station.
